The Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) defines ACI eManifest program as an advance commercial information program, is about providing access to CBSA officers with electronic pre-arrival cargo information so that they have complete access to the right information at the right time to identify health, safety and security threats related to commercial goods before goods arriving to Canada.
